Dr. Kent S. Hein - Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Kent S. Hein is a plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery. This year, Dr. Hein is celebrating his 28th year of specializing in cosmetic surgery. He received his training at the University of Calgary and University of Toronto, graduating in 1981. He keeps abreast of new developments and surgical techniques through continual education opportunities, and implements only those which provide the safest and best results. In addition to his specialized training, Dr. Hein is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Patricia - Patient Care Coordinator
Patricia has been with the team at Dr. Hein’s office for nine years, serving as a Patient Care Coordinator. Patricia is the friendly voice on your first call to our office. She is you window into our practice and is knowledgeable on all the daily workings of the office, including procedure information, surgical bookings, and pre and post-operative care. Her long history with our office has made her an excellent resource for clients to rely upon.
Renata - Office Manager/Skin Care Consultant
Renata is the office manager within our practice. She has been an integral part of our team for fifteen years. Renata serves as our office manager. Again, a long history with the office has made Renata knowledgeable and confident in patient education and care. Renata is most likely the person who will respond to your late night and weekend emails!
For the past 10 years Ren has also been a certified laser technician, and is our resident skin care advisor on skin health and treatments. She is always seeking new ways to tailor skin care programs to individual needs and has a wide range of clients who benefit from her skin knowledge and interest.
Jan - RN and Certified Laser Technician
Jan is a registered nurse and has been performing laser hair removal in our office for ten years. Drawing upon her nursing background, Jan advises on pre and post laser care, and as well provides laser hair removal treatments. Jan provides a calm, comfortable setting for safe delivery of laser hair removal. Her up-to-date knowledge and expertise in this field is unmatched elsewhere.
